Soups


Sauerkraut and sausage stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg sauerkraut;
  • 6-8 smoked or non smoked sausages;
  • 4-5 potatoes;
  • 3-4 tbsp Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken;
  • 1 big apple;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 onion;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of pepper;
  • oil.

Directions:

  1. Dice the garlic and onion and fry in a pan with oil.
  2. Put the sauerkraut in a baking tray, then the fried onions and garlic on top, add water, salt, pepper and 3-4 tbsp of Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken. Mix everything well.
  3. Nicely arrange the sliced potatoes and sausages on top, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 25-30 min at 200oC, until the potatoes are nicely roasted.

Chilli soup with smoky flavour

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 tbsp Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken;
  • spicy ground paprika, sweet pepper, black pepper;
  • 500 g minced chicken (or beef);
  • 100 g tomato sauce;
  • 500 g tomatoes;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 400 g red canned beans;
  • 1 tsp table salt;
  • 1 small onion;
  • cheese.

Directions:

  1. Pour hot water on the tomatoes, then peel and dice.
  2. Roast the minced meat in a pan with diced onion until the meat is brown.
  3. Dice the garlic. Mix the tomatoes, spicy ground paprika and sweet pepper into the mince.
  4. Add the mince and broth into a pot, pour some water if it is too dry and add the beans, mix well. Pour in the tomato sauce.
  5. Add the Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken while stewing.
  6. Serving recommendation: add grated cheese on top of the soup, which should be thick.

Pea soup

Ingredients:

  • 80 g dried peas;
  • 1 tsp table salt;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 tbsp Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken.

Directions:

  1. Add peas to boiling salted water.
  2. 15-20 minutes before finishing boiling add sliced carrot and diced onion.
  3. Boil until carrots and onions soften.
  4. A few minutes before finishing boiling add 1-2 tsp of Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken.

Smoked vegetables

  1. Roast sliced zucchinis, eggplants and sweet pepper on a barbeque.
  2. Right before they are finished, sprinkle with salt and coat with Smokeland smoke condensate for chicken (1 tsp on 1 slice).
